From planning to installation, JA Corey sent the Dream Team. Tyler was at our home three times during the planning process and always showed up with a willing smile and professional demeanor to answer all of our questions and out of the box ideas in order to come up with an installation plan. The installation crew, led by Chris and Hank, was stellar. They were all incredibly knowledgeable, once again answered our many questions, cleaned up beautifully when finished, and were all incredibly patient. Called in January of 25 for Quote, was told They would get back to me when 25 season was open for installs called me in April to schedule walk around Tyler came out on may 15th thoroughly looked at everything got the quote back to me in 3 day's. I approved all the work and on 5/28 a team of 6 workers came and got it all done, came back next day to start it up and check it out. I cannot say how professional and respectful these guy's were and would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

I bought Generac GP 7500E DF portable generator from JA Corey Electric that would not start on propane when I brought it home. JACE sent Chris out to service it and he determined that the instruction manual from Generac was incorrect. He found the correct revision of the manual on his phone and the unit started the way it should. GREAT JOB JA COREY AND CHRIS. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Every aspect of the installation was great from the site assessment, to the coordination on the propane tank installation, to the actual generator hook up. My generac wouldn't stay runny on the day it was scheduled to start automatically. Called Tyler at JA Corey Electric. Tyler immediately called and came to our home & found the reason. Repaired it. GENERATOR INSPECTION AND REPAIRS ..... Service was immediate. Receptionist was friendly and helpful with my request. Service man came immediately and took care of restoration of my generator battery. Service invoice was concise.
We were having a problem with a brand new generator and their tech quickly determined a pin had backed out from one of the connectors inside. While on site they also performed our annual maintenance. They are responsive and showed up on time. Highly recommend JA Corey.

Had a problem with the refrigerator turning off, which is not ideal when it comes to keeping groceries. Called and was amazed to discover that the they would send somebody out the same day. Kuay quickly figured it out, corrected it and was a pleasure to deal with.
